These Keto Cream Cheese Cookies are super easy to cook. Even better, this recipe is super quick to prepare! You only need three utensils: a mixing bowl, a hand mixer and baking sheets. Pretty simple if you tell me.

Basically with your hand mixer mix together the cream cheese, the butter, and a bit of sugar (or an alternate sweetener like honey). Once a nice cream is formed add the vanilla extract, a pinch of salt, the egg and sour cream. You will then be ready to scoop the dough on the baking sheets. One hour before starting the recipe put the peanut butter and the cream cheese outside of the fridge, so they can reach room temperature before you start cooking. When ready mix them both in a bowl till you get a nice clear brown dough. Optionally you can add some chocolate chips to give a harder texture to your dough. To make this delicious recipe of Raspberry Keto Cream Cheese Coffee Cake you will need almond and coconut flower, baking powder and salt, softened butter and 3 large eggs, as well as sugar. Start by mixing everything but the eggs in a large bowl, then the eggs one by one. For the filling you will beat the cream cheese and the sugar and then add one egg and the vanilla extract.

To prepare the cake spread three quarters of the cake batter on your baking pan, then add the filling on top of it, then add the rest of the cake batter on the top. Bake 35 to 40 minutes in your oven pre-heated to 325F. Keep in the fridge till you serve it.

Start the brownie bottom by mixing the brownie mix according to the package instructions and bake it in your oven. In the meantime prepare the cheese cake top filling by mixing the cream cheese, the eggs, the vanilla extract, and the sugar or sweetener. Keep the cream cheese filling in your fridge for a while. 7. Jello Cream Cheese Fluff

To bake this surprising Jello Cream Cheese Fluff you need a small package of sugar free jello, your choice of flavor, 4 ounces of softened cream cheese, one cup of boiling water and some ice cubes. Then gently follow these instructions:

In a medium bowl, dissolve the jello in 1 cup boiling water, stirring 3 minutes. Add 1.5-2 cups ice cubes and stir until the jello starts to thicken; about 3 minutes. Remove any unmelted ice. In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese with a mixer until smooth. Add a small amount of the jello (2 tablespoon or so) to the cream cheese. Beat until smooth and creamy. Add the cheese mixture to the rest of the jello; beat on high until foamy. Pour into servings dishes and chill until set.
