Coconut Flour Roti

Coconut flour is the low-carbohydrate meal for dieters, and ours is no exception. This roti goes well with just about any Indian cuisine, and the light coconut flavor only adds to the experience.

Combine 100 g of coconut flour and 20 g of psyllium husk in a bowl to create this roti. Knead in 1 tablespoon. ghee with hot water. Let stand 15 minutes before roasting normally.

Roti with Almond Flour

Almond flour is low in carbohydrates and high in protein, making it an ideal food. And, well, we are all aware of the many benefits of almonds. Combine the following ingredients in a large bowl to create this roti.
For 3 cups of almond flour,
2 tablespoons psyllium husk.
Add a pinch of salt and mix well.
1 tablespoon oil, kneaded with water

Masala Roti

If you have trouble getting used to these basic keto rotis you can make them tastier. Add red chili powder to taste, cumin seeds and garam masala when making the dough with almond flour.

You can also add a packet of finely chopped coriander leaves.

Naan Keto

Because it’s loaded with cheese and no one we know doesn’t enjoy it, this could end up being a favorite. To produce a fluffy keto naan, the cheese slices are covered with spices such as kalonji seeds, white sesame seeds and dried fenugreek seeds, and then baked in the oven instead of flour.

Cauliflower Roti

Rotis do not necessarily have to be made with flour. Grated cauliflower works just as well. Add 1 tablespoon psyllium husk to 2 cups grated cauliflower for 2 cups. Mix gently with a pinch of salt and green chili.

Since this is a combination instead of flour, spread it on a flat surface and flatten it with your hands. Alternatively, you can use parchment paper and toss the roti in the tawa to cook once flattened.
